We also provide our services to many outlying towns such as Terra Bella, Lindsay, Strathmore, and Springville.

Tyrrell Management Company was founded in 1987 by David R. Tyrrell, Broker, Property Manager. David has over thirty-five years of experience in property management with twenty-four of those years in Porterville. He received his Bachelors Degree from the School of Business at California State University with a concentration in Finance and Property Management in 1984. He received the “Certified Property Manager” designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Tyrrell Management Company has gained a reputation for fairness and prompt attention to maintenance problems and those good tenant relations have paid off. Many tenants return because they know they will receive great service and a quick response to their maintenance requests, and they will be treated fairly.
