About Our Team

All of our office staff have been working in Property Management for 5+ years, and our Maintenance Staff have varying degrees of expertise, in numerous areas of home improvements

Estela started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2005. Estela is The Director of First Impressions, she runs the front office answering phones, works with walk-ins and processes all rents, and organizes move-ins and move-outs. She handles communications with tenants and owners about repairs or any other situations that may arise.

Pamela started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2004, Pamela started as the Maintenance Supervisor, inspecting units and supervising all of the maintenance personnel. She then moved to the accounting portion of the company, where she processes all funds to owners, tenants, vendors and utility companies.

Lydia started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2000 doing landscaping, painting, general maintenance, and carpet cleaning. She then moved into the Maintenance Supervisor slot, inspecting units during move-ins and move-outs, and organizing any repairs that may needs to be done.

John started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2004 as a Maintenance Person but is now Maintenance Supervisor, supervising repairs and quality of work. John specializes in plumbing issues, but is knowledgeable in every aspect of home repair.

Carolyn started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2006. Carolyn does all of the cleaning at our apartments and houses, as well as filling in at the front desk in the office.

Tom started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2007. Tom does all of our painting, drywall repair, tile repair and installation, fence repair and roof repair, as well as filling in with all other maintenance.

Danny started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2008. Danny does all of our carpet cleaning, installation of blinds and building and repair of screens, as well as filling in with all other maintenance.

Justin started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2009. Justin does most of the maintenance needed at our units, to include plumbing, minor electrical and general repairs.

Carlos started with Tyrrell Management Company in 2010. Carlos is our Landscaper; he cleans up yards when tenants move-in or move-out, and keeps up with all of our units that have ongoing yard care required, as well as any irrigation repairs that are needed. He also is experienced with most electrical repairs.
