Application Process

Every adult that will be living in the house or apartment must fill out an application. Once your application is complete we will need a copy of your I.D. and Social Security Card, as well as Proof of Income (i.e., last paycheck stub). We charge $15.00 to process each individual application. Once all information has been submitted and fees have been paid, we can start the application process. Tenants must have clean credit, have been at their job for at least 6 months, and make 3 times the amount of rent (i.e., $500.00 for rent, tenant must make $1500.00 per month). Once your application is approved you will be required to put down a non-refundable $100.00 holding deposit, (once you move in this $100.00 will be applied to your security deposit). You will also be asked to sign an “Agreement to Rent.” Once this is done we will set up a date and time for you to sign your paperwork, receive keys to your new home, and perform your inspection.

If a tenant is more than 30 minutes late to a move-in appointment that appointment will be rescheduled for a later date and time depending on availability.
